ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies aligned with organizational objectives for NPS.
• Establish and maintain tie-ups and recruitment of agents.
• Drive pension agents to onboard retail customers effectively Source retail accounts through the website.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine retail strategies and enhance NPS product positioning.
• Responsible for the expansion of the channel network and direct retail account sourcing.
• Identify new retail partners and target segments to increase market penetration.
• Develop and execute plans to promote NPS products through financial advisors, online platforms, and personal networks.
• Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing partnerships and distribution channels.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Postgraduate/MBA from a reputed college/institution/ university specialization preferred in Marketing & Finance.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in retail management. Preference will be given to candidates with NPS experience.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics, market trends, and customer needs.
